Please note: During the COVID crisis I am continuing to meet with my patients via a secure video program on their computers. I currently have extremely limited availability for new patients, but welcome inquiries to see if our schedules align. Please feel free to contact me during this challenging time.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with a psychotherapy practice in the Northwest District of Portland, Oregon. I received my master’s degree in social work from New York University in 2005. Since that time, I have dedicated my career to working in all levels of mental health and addiction treatment.
I specialize in psychotherapy with people who haven’t had success with previous therapists and/or brief treatment. I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to make substantive and lasting changes in their lives.
I have completed advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the Oregon Psychoanalytic Center, and am currently on their faculty.
While I have a special interest and expertise in addiction treatment, I also see people with many other difficulties–most commonly depression, anxiety and relationship issues.
